Who started this project?

Hi, I'm Lucas Borgarello, a high school student at Strake Jesuit. I'm eager to learn about financial concepts, and I've seen firsthand how financial stress overshadows dreams and restricts potential. That's why I founded Finance for Others.
Through Finance for Others, I want to give people the opportunity to live a life free from financial stress by teaching them how to make wise financial decisions. I want to encourage people to live a lifestyle grounded on prudent saving, spending only on what truly matters for them.
I don't believe that growing up poor or having low income binds someone to poverty. Rather, my goal is to make financial literacy accessible to everyone, especially those who believe that poverty is their only path.
In addition to my interest in finance, I love playing sports like rugby and soccer. I also enjoy going to the gym, programming applications, and teaching math to other students. I'm from Houston, Texas and am planning to pursue finance or another math-related major in college.
